Campus LGBT Groups

Even though the marriage decision did not come out in our favor, we are doing all we can to mobilize community support for marriage equality. To win these rights, we must reach the public with our message of equality. Facing this reality, we are trying to reach as many voters as possible in order to let our legislators know that their constituents support marriage equality.

Our Campus Marriage Equality Project is focusing on mobilizing student support and organizing campuses throughout the state. With their high traffic and diverse student bodies, college campuses offer a unique opportunity for a grassroots cause such as this. As a community of voters from throughout the state, campus advocacy holds the opportunity to impact changes statewide while concentrating our efforts in a single location.
